okay so i have a few issues with buycraft currently. firstly, i am not of age for a credit card, so when purchasing things online i use a prepaid visa card, and so does my server partner. we are trying to upgrade our plan but it keeps declining on buycrafts side, anyone know why?
another question i have is how do i deal with chargebacks? and what do i do if my paypal is limited for chargebacks from people? how do i resolve things like this.
