Need help with coding a revolutionary skript

Hello! I am looking for a fellow coder to help me with some skripts. I am currently working on a project that involves making a hypixel like collection system. However completing it on my own seems to be almost impossible. We have the numbers now all we need to do is just make the skripts. This would involve basic GUIs, basic upgrades once you reach a certain number of blocks mined.
