Need help with custom terrain

hey guys. I need help makeing a custom terrain for a new server me and some of my friends are makeing and I've tried to use terrain management plugins before but I can't seem
To get the hang of them
I basically need the chunks to be generated with
Red sand instead of dirt and grass
Instead of stone red cobblestone
And a few other things
If anyone can do this for me let me know
Also if a program like worldpainter is needed for this I will be glad to pay someone to do this for me as it's extremely buggy for me as I tried to get it to work on Java 7 XD
If anyone can help me with this please let me know

ImTeo How much are you willing to pay for WorldPainter , how big of a terrain and what do you mean Red Cobblestone?

I'm not sure how much a thing like this would cost and about 30kx30k
It doesn't have to be anything fancy
Just a plains biome with the things listed above
And I mend red sandstone XD

Thank you for your reply, Since posting this ive talked to the creators of WorldPainter and they have helped me install it correctly, Rendering the map as we speak
