Need help with Factions claiming in certain worlds {QUICK!!!}

I need someone's help to stop players from claiming land in certain worlds. I've tried almost everything so far and spent countless hours looking for answers but none seem to work.
I can't offer any money but I'll leave a vouch if someone where to help fix this problem.

There are 2 possible ways to fix this. Either using pex, or another permission plugin setup, set different permissions per group. Leaving out the permission to claim if in that world. Another fix you can use (If your claiming is separate from your main factions plugin) per world plugins. If will disable the claiming plugin in the specified worlds. https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/perworldplugins

To further help I would need to know what plugins you have on your server.
