Need help with FactionsUUID 1.8

Can somebody help me? I want to make it so some blocks are mine-able & openable within a faction's claimed land... I've seen it done on other servers before. Is this configuration within FactionsUUID or do I need a 3rd party plugin?

Blocks I want to be mine-able:
Spawners
Beacon
All Crops

Open-able:
Chests
Trapped Chests
EnderChests
