Need help with limited paypal (want to remove credit card)

Hey my pp got limited and idc about the limit but I do care about my credit card linked to the paypal acc I want to somehow remove the card or remove the whole acc, but pp doesn't let me do it it needs to be unlimited again before I can do this

can you help me with this if you can il fee you 15$+ depends on how long it takes
also please rep people only cuz I don't want to give my email and pass to randoms

I believe you need to go into your bank and tell them. Then they will tell you what process to follow or just message PayPal themselves for you. You could also open a ticket with paypal.
