Need help with Minecraft prison server.

Hey all. Just bought a prison server premade setup with all the premium plugins. I'm quite new to working with servers, as the only other thing I have done is set up a semi-vanilla on a dedicated host myself. I am having troubles logging onto the server. I'd like to set the server up to be 1.8-1.14, if possible. I am not sure how to do that. I know the premade setup came with ViaVersion which I think does that, but I'm not sure. Anyways, if anyone can help me get this setup running, I would appreciate that very much. DM me on discord or on here, and I will give console access.

ViaVersion, ViaRewind

Thanks for the help, I downloaded ViaRewind now and added it. What should I set my server version to? 1.8 or 1.14?

For ViaRewind use 1.14, for ViaVersion use 1.8.8

So if the premade I downloaded came with ViaVersion, does that mean the plugins will most likely be out of date? I'd like to make the server 1.14, so I downloaded ViaRewind and set the version to 1.14. Does this mean I will have to update all the plugins to the most recent version?

I am also disconnecting instantly when I try to join my server. Does that mean plugins are out of date? I checked the logs but it doesn't go far enough back to the startup, as there is too much spam from one plugin.

Probably a error chunk in the world!! That’s usually the problem I had when I used to run servers

Not sure if that's the issue. I am only getting one error in the logs before the server crashes. The error is as follows:

[19:26:23] [Server thread/ERROR]: Encountered an unexpected exception

I am not sure if this is because I have the wrong version of the plugin or not. I downloaded and installed four plugins myself, since they were premium. They are as follows:

Featherboard
ShopGUI+
EzRanksPro
VoteParty

I downloaded the 1.7-1.12.2 version of ShopGUI+, although it is labeled as Spigot 1.7-1.12, when I have a craftbukkit server. Could that be the issue?
I also downloaded the most recent version of Featherboard, since they don't give a MC version for it. Featherboard says it supports MC 1.6 to 1.13 and above, so I assume I should just keep the most recent download file.
I downloaded the most recent version of EzRanksPro, which is 1.8.0.
Lastly, I downloaded the most recent version of VoteParty, which I'm not sure is the right one. The versions of VoteParty go from 1.4.1 to 1.9.1 and above, so I'm not sure if it's a minecraft version or plugin version.
