Does anyone know if it's possible (via coding or anything else) to remove the side module section of a Minecraft Market store so that the items can span out a bit more?

I have never worked with MM yet but I think you could do that if you have HTML access.

Look at the source code of your site and check how you see the sidebar (classes etc.). Then go through the templates, delete those elements and give width:100%; to your main container.
