Need help with my Factions Server (Couple of Config/Fixes)

Hello, I recently bought a setup on here and it has some problems with it. For one CarlTHeCreeper plugin seems not to be working as well I need some customization on my Prison server. I plan on Bungeeing the 2 servers together to make a network. For my prison server I need Backpacks, Token enchant menu. For the Factions (Kingdoms) I need help with the plugin CarlTheCreeper as well I someone to help me reset the world as a reset but keep spawn and crates as it is. Thank you feel free to PM me if interested. I do not have a budget right now but if someone could tell me how much it would cost that would be appreciated.
