I've had to make another account because they restricted my account I had to make to make a ticket.
I didn't use this website for about 2 years, I come back on it to see that I can't log in to my account. After googling for a bit I found my account, the username had been changed along with everything else. The account wasn't banned until yesterday so they clearly know about it. I sent a support ticket a month ago and still had no response. I have no problem with this site it has treated me well but you would of thought they be a lot more helpful to someone that has donated money to the site.
Clearly a victim of phishing and I can provide every last details to that account. The evidence is obvious it has been stolen. Even have a email saying someone logged in from american, they day apparently it was stolen.
(Had to make this thread as I feel it is the only way to get help, since support ticket hasn't been touched or the tweet I did on twitter.)
