Need help with PayPal Account! [permanently limited]

Today my paypal account got permenently limited, is there anything I can do about that to get it back to normal again? Is there a way to get my money back even if I don't have a credit card connected?

I've always had my credit card connected, And I've NEVER had any issues with PayPal.

Well it didn't get limited because I didn't have a credit card connected, thats for sure..

Id connecting your creditcard/bank card doesn't work i'd suggest contacting PayPal support.

Your account most likely got limited because you broke paypal policy, contact there support that's the best method to resolve it.

Was there any recent small amount transactions going on? or have you logged in from another country ip? try calling the support desk of paypal to resolve your problem.

If you are under 18 they can lock your account until you are 18. How does one get around this? You can sign up for a PayPal student account!

Just call their support, when someone changed back on me they were extremely kind and helpful. I mean explain to them what happened, if they ask for ID you are screwed though.. Due to the fact you are most likely under 18. Normally linking a debit card or credit card from the start will allow you to avoid this.
