Need Help with PayPal and also 2016 Cape Account.

Aight so I have a dilemma

I've basically been scammed with a 2016 cape account. (offsite)
The person I bought it off provided a fake TID.
I mean, I still got it for good value ($30, yes $30)
I don't know if I should sell it or if I should chargeback (it was through F&F)
Ik I'd have to ring up PayPal yeah but what would I say to get my money back, I know there's a method. (I think I saw Mat comment something useful a while ago)
Also, some kid tried to scam the account off me and managed to change the name but I got the account back and security questions are changed and email and password and all but now the name is fucking Tulllly - https://namemc.com/profile/Tullllly/f43ab0f7

So I want to know 1. what should i do, chargeback or sell the account.
2. if i did sell it how much would it go for without tid
3. what would i say to paypal to get my money back

Did you seriously think you could get a 2016 minecon cape for $30? Anyway, you can't chargeback when you pay through Friends and Family as there is no buyer protection.

You expected to get what you were promised? It's a scam, they're obviously going to tell you it's real... It's quite rare that you can get your money back when paying through friends and family. I don't think there's a guarantee you'll get the money back. Some PayPal employs are very strict and go of exactly what the rules say which is that you can't dispute if there is no buyer protection.

ik that it was a stupid deal lmao but I have heard of cases like this where people have got their money back
