Need help with paypal payement script

Hi I have a big problem so I have a with IPN listener PayPal when someone order there is an email should be sent to the buyer with the PayPal invoice and email to the seller to notice him that someone bought from him and include the order information so when the transaction sent bought don't receive the email and I'm sure that the mailer works fine , and I got some errors that I didn't know how to fix them

You're missing files from what it seems like. Make sure including the right path to the files.
