okay so i am not old enough to have a credit card or anything like that, so i always buy visa prepaid cards to use on paypal, but recently it hasn't been working. i bought a plugin in the resources section fine, it was about $5 and i had no problem, a few hours later i try sending $50 f&f to someone for something else, and i get an error to contact my card issuer, so i called the number on the card. nothing showed up for them so they said call paypal, nothing showed up for them so they said call visa, and i did that back and fourth like 5 times and finally gave up. anyone know how i can fix this?
