Need Help With Server! - URGENT, will reward

Hi, would you be able to answer a quick question of mine? Basically, I am in the process of creating my new factions server and would like to know if you know a way where i can disable natural mob spawning however still make it so that mobs can spawn from spawners.
I would really appreciate it if you could reply, thanks P.S. If you can help me I will reward

If you have multiverse go to said world and do "/mvm set animals false". "/mvm set monsters false"

But when i do that, they dont spawn from spawners or eggs

They should.... My server it's all fine, when I get home from work I'll double check but did you disable mo spawning[DOUBLEPOST=1438438618,1438438576][/DOUBLEPOST]Mob spawning in general?
