Where is your Psychical server located? Please don't tell me your basement and you plan on hosting this at your house?

Depending on the server type it can be incredibly power hungry. If it's hosted on a home network connection - then the bandwidth may be a large limiting factor. Not to mention the ping too. Honestly - cut your losses and go OVH.
