Need help with SpigotMC timings

Recently my server has been a small bit choppy. So, I checked the timings and they turned out like this: https://timings.spigotmc.org/?url=dayowehili -

As you can tell, they are super high and I don't know how to fix it!

How to reduce timings on MC server.
Dont pay some kids to do it.
Ive never really seen this issue.
If google doesnt help find a free configurator. Then go to a paid as last resort. Think its a 30 second fix ngl.

Looks like StrikePractice is causing some lag, I would msg the dev about a fix for that lag.

This should not be a payed job, its a really easy fix.
