Need help with survival server crashing

Hello, I am running a small survival server with some friends. I built this server and it runs ubuntu 20.0.4. The server is running purpur 1.19.2 and it has been crashing occasionally without any real reason. It starts right up again except it reloads the last few minutes of the game.
