Need help with website

Hey all!
Today, I am looking for a web developer to help me with a pretty big project, so far I have majority of the website done however I need help with the follow:

- Adding permissions to a database (so I can use my permission assign feature with it)
- Adding a page to search items stored in the database
- Fixing the Manage Roles section as it currently is not functional
- Making it so I can search for something in the database and then remove it

Database is MySQL and the pages should be created in php or html, as long as it works efficiently.
