Need help with withdrawing money from Gamdom.

I went on Gamdom (a gambling website) and used a promo code, started at $0.29, and racked it all the way up to over $55. I'm trying to withdraw it but every time I try, it says I need to deposit at least once. I've tried to deposit $10, but it just keeps declining even though I've got sufficient funds in on my card.

Basically what I'm trying to say here is I'll pay somebody if they can help me get the $50 out of the account.
