I mean your responses domain website and response time (2-8 days just to get a response is a long time) show the lack of seriousness . I would work on improving those things first and then start moving. If its a money issue just use a discord server (websites normally cost a lot) and grow from there. Best of luck with this however I see a lot of work needed to get this into a serious service team.
