I do not know what you are using but the example site you provided is XenForo.

The website you are looking at WolfieLee is a XenForo website, which is a totally different software from NamelessMC. I would recommend taking a look at XenForo before this. Also, it wouldn't be "configuration" that a developer/designer would be doing to your website. I would have to make a full and custom design for you through markup and styling code.
