Need Help

I've put a video to auto play on my website and I can't seem to centre it properly.

You can see the video is not cut off at the top but when going to my home page, it's cut off at the top. I think I might have messed up some where.

Yes I know that, but the problem is the video doesn't play in full screen. On the home page of my site it only shows the bottom bar not the top one.

When I hit F11, or fullscreen the top and bottom black bars show up. I don't understand websites too well yet but I hope that can help.
