Mind if I ask why you prefer the host owns their hardware? Is it a way to filter out summer/kiddie hosts? If so, perhaps you'd make an exception for a host that's been open roughly 2 years now with great reviews and owned by someone who's been in the hosting industry for 5+ years? :tup:

Great Host Owner, a couple of my friends use his hosts and I wouldn't think the host is going out of business anytime soon!

Why explicit owned hardware? In many cases (not all), but many, you'll get better performance and more for the buck going with someone rented. If you feel like its another "summer host", go with someone who is has a good rep for a long time.

Other then that, I'd love to hear why owned hardware? Im not offering anything, so dont bash me down
