Jokes aside, there's not particularly any "best" way, but try to find something you're good at (or at least can learn well) and sell that. Look around here and see what people are doing, and do it better (or even better, try to find something noone is doing and get the first-movers-advantage).

The best way I made money as a teen is by going on Facebook Marketplace and flipping items, and or gumtree. Or Craigslist, whatever you may have. You sometimes find free items in your area like bikes, just go get them and you can easily flip them for money.
