Need kits made and pex perms

I need a developer. This is a easy job. I need you to give every staff/donor rank certain permissions due to them not having ANY. Example Coal has /kit coal1 & 2 with /feed. Then iron has kit iron 1 & 2 with feed and echest etc (I'll tell you what rank needs what).

PEX (rank permissions)
ESSENTIALS (kits)
