Encodes - Vouch! Sold me quite a few arena's, went extremely smooth and happened fast and efficiently!

BUILD TOS :
1. No refunds/chargebacks
2. No matter where the build is being made, (my own server, client's server) 50% is always given before I start and 50% is given after
3. All credit goes to me.
4. Must ask for resell rights, unless I gave rights before hand.
5. I am not responsible for any problems with the build after it is given to the client.
6. F/F payment.
7. If you chargeback, I have all rights to leak the spawn.
8. I can add stuff to this at anytime.
