Need logo and animated banner designing (WILL PAY!!!!)

Hi I am from UtopiaMC, I am really needing a banner and logo designed.
I will pay someone to do this, the work must be exclusive and can't be a banner template etc...
As for the logo I was hoping for something like this:

The banner needs to be original and enticing.
