The following are the requirements to be considered:
Must have acted as a marketing manager (not any other type of manager) in multiple servers.
Must have substantial YouTube contacts.
Must have at least a year of experience as a marketing manager (again, not as any other type of manager).
Must be willing to let your payment hinge on your tangible results as a marketing manager (i.e. player activity).
