Need Mature and Dedicated Staff

Hey MC-Market, I'm going to be releasing a Server quite soon, and I was wondering if anyone needs a server where they can be staff on? The server is NOT up as of right now, It will be up in a Weeks time, Hopefully.

The Requirements to be a Admin consists of the following​

• Must be at least 16 years old.​
• Have skype, and have a functional mic.​
• Must be active on the forums and website.​
• Participate in community-ran events.​
• Must be willing to Advertise for the server on a daily basis.​
• Enforce the rules, while still having fun.​
• Never use slang or vulgar language.​
• Must set the example for all other staff, and players.​
• Must be mature, and act mature.​

• Must be at least 14 years old.​

• Never use slang or vulgar language.​

• Give fair and non-biased punishments.​
• Be a un-biased person, always looking out for everyone.​
• Be active every single day, excluding holidays.​

What would you do if someone was spamming: Warn them in chat, If they continue spamming 10m mute

What would you do if someone was using offensive language: Warn them, And if they continue 5m mute.

What would you do if someone was flaming a player: Depends if its against the rules or not, If it was warn them, then 5m mute on next offence

What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on forums: apply a warning though the forums and delete the pots.

What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?: Take them, Dispose of them, And track down the source and get rid of it.

Tell us about yourself, hobbies, things you enjoy doing etc: I'm eighteen years old, I'm currently a senior in high school. I spend time surfing the web, and messing around with php.
