Need a MiddleMan that is familiar with Steam accounts

1> Seller sends MiddleMan Steam account details
2> MiddleMan secures Steam account and confirms to both Seller and Buyer
3> Buyer sends money to Seller and Seller confirms
4> MiddleMan gives Steam account credentials to Buyer

It's easily charged back which opens the possibility of the middleman losing a load of money in a deal which he stands to gain relatively little from, like why would you take that risk.
