If you are needing to ask for ideas, it normally means you don't have the skills/connections to successfully run a business or something of the sort. Think of something on your own otherwise it will most likely not work well. If its not your idea it normally means the person that told you didn't believe in it enough to back it themselves.

Thank you for your response, and now that I think about it you're right.. I should come up with something of my own. Honestly, I Have a few ideas already but not sure what will work and what won't.

One bit of research that I would do would be to look at the ratio of Request to Offering threads in the forums and see if you can find a trend in what people are looking for and not finding solutions. I would guess something around Web Design or Recruiting if I had to guess might be worth while.

The problem is that I really like the 1 on 1 style of client management in Discrod DMs but tracking which DM is for what order is a huge pain in the butt. When I get a job done I have to look through my massive list of DMs for the correct person to reply to.

Further complications: Users can and do change their Discord names midway through commissions (doesn't happen a lot but it does happen) and you can't generate a URL to a DM in Discord (at least not that I'm aware of).

Right now I use Trello to track my commissions.

There are plenty of "ticket" solutions that work for service groups, but probably more freelancers (even outside of MCM) that have a similar problem to me.
