Need one experienced server setup/administrator staff

Established MC server network (currently 60-80 players at peak times, but we're gearing up for reclaiming 300+) lacking in strong staff. We'd like to start off with an English speaking head admin.

Requirements:

* Past provable experience
* 15+ years of age
* Discord usage.

Few notes:

* There will be bonuses and bounties, but I hope nobody expects to live off this. We already pay some portion of staff... in range of 50-200$ each a month.
* We run versatile projects and experiments, this means for better or worse of some candidates, you won't be stuck with a single 1.12 survival server. but rather with a plethora of projects of many genres.
* Training to be provided. Has to be an adequate learner.
* Current primary audience is not English-speaking. You'll be one of the leading forces from switching our playerbase to add up English speakers after our marketing.
