Hello everyone !

I need the code for a specific particle effect that I can't manage to develop it as unfortunatly I don't have enough mathematics skills.
It's the one at the begenning of this video, surrounding the player. (from 0s to 30s)


I only need the code using Spigot 1.8, and not a whole plugin.
