Need Partner For Server

I need a 2nd owner for my FACTION server, Its a work in progress but I have a custom spawn with custom warzone and many great ideas, and custom plugins that will eventually be added in. I want a 2nd owner because it'll be easier for paying and we will have more ideas and better ways of getting more people on and it'll be less stressful having 2 owners,
here's what the owner needs

1. Experience
2. at least $15 we split everything 50/50 I have $18
3. Hard working attitude
4. Activeness
5. Skill

Heres a better list of what I have so far

Server name: Ragonia (wanna make a random word)​

• Paid for factions plugin
• Faction spawn with custom warzone
• Koth that will be added in the custom warzone
• Custom plugin (don't wanna say wanna keep it unique)
• I have a fairly decent dev
