Hello! My name is Evan and I'm planning on developing an HCF server. I currently have a discord with about 150 users on it. What I'm specifically looking for is the following:
Partner (Another owner) -OPEN-
What they will do:
- Help with the server funds
- Help with advertisement
- Assist with staff recruitments
- Help with plugins, server bugs, etc.
- A lot more
Community Manager -CURRENTLY CLOSED-
What they will do:
- Help with community events
- Do announcements
- Managing server rules
- Assisting with buycraft/purchase issues
- Makes sure that the community is running smoothly
- A ton more
Administrator -OPEN-
What they will do:
- Assist with staff recruitment
- Ban appeal final decision
- Reports final decision
- Punishment final decision
- Helping with bugs
- Final decision with forum bans/suspensions
- More
Senior Moderator -OPEN-
What they will do:
- Deal with in-game punishments
- Deal with forum punishments
- Resolve ban appeals
- Resolve player reports
- Abide by the rules
- Assist the administrators with events
- Answer questions
- More
Moderator -OPEN-
What they will do:
- Resolve ban appeals
- Resolve player reports
- Deal with in-game punishments
- Abide by the rules
- Assist senior moderators
- Answer questions
- More
Trial Moderator -OPEN-
What they will do:
- Deal with in-game punishments
- Abide by the rules
- Answer questions
- Resolve player reports
- Deal with chat
- More

Also, please note that the higher you get on the position ladder, the harder it'll be to receive that rank. This is due to the fact that I don't want people applying for trial moderator to have a better application than someone who applied for community manager and got the role.. it just doesn't make sense.
