My server has a Core plugin that you will use during development, in order to make GUIs/admin configuration GUIs/using MySQL easier. Full documentation on this as well. Unfortunately at this time there is no framework for the Quests involved with the Pass system, but Ill be sure to give you a list of what to implement there, it's nothing too challenging.
