Need paypal help asap

So, I was buying something on ine and i was under a vpn. I got scammed, so I filed a dispute (I paid G&S). Then I tried sending a new payment, and I got a message saying You cannot send this payment.
Now i see this:

I cannot change my password, or do anything because It tells me it needs to send a sms code to a phone number (I had a fake phone number in my paypal when I made it, i was young and dumb)
What do i do?? I need help asap.. i have a lot of money in the account.

Call PayPal and tell them you no longer have the phone number linked to the account. They will be able to help resolve the issue.

UPDATE: Called them, they said only way is to upload photo ID. (I'm under 18)

Basiclly yes. If you're under 18 you're violating their TOS. Which would get your account limited anyway. You will have to wait until you're 18. Or get a parent to use their ID and say its them.

If possible dont keep much money in your PayPal account if you make a new one. Get a childs bank account then withdraw funds to there quite often. I'm over 18 but still dont keep more than $100 in there, just incase.

Looking at that screenshot. I would say limited.

Feels bad dude, I think I had this happened to me YEARS ago. I had to of been 13 or 14 at the time. Good luck, hopefully you get your money back!
