SpigotMC's seciton for "Rate MY server" is insanely harsh, but its pretty good for users who are bored and want to criticize servers. Not sure if a minecraft marketplace is the best place for asking feedback on servers

Spigot is pretty trustworthy, i'd put it over mc-market if i had only those 2 to trust lol.
