NEED PLUGIN/BUNGEE WORK DONE cross platform compatibility

What I need done below
1. Bungee geyser setup.
2. Bungee voting setup
3 Need to be able to connect on crossplatform devices with ip play.minecraftwars.com with the default port crossplatform gives.

MY DISCORD ---> smak#0030
SERVER IP ---> play.minecraftwars.com

More details below.
The port must be the default port for cross platform servers.
There also needs to be my skyblock on the hub that isn't cross platform. Its currently running with 5-10 Average players so i dont want too much downtime.
Need to be able to connect with the same ip as pc players using the default port on on bedrock.
Cross platform players on joining you must get connected to the hub then you will click the compass and connect to survival
( I also need basic plugins worked on but mainly below)
