I need a portal for my website:

I want bubbly, fancy, jumpy, and all around neat. I can edit some of the things like images, logo, etc. however, I need buttons that direct to Forums | Voting | Store as well as a click-to-copy with play.zyphior.com. Also, maybe a player count.
