My name is Zach (but my username is CornedPastrami) and I'm going to be starting a new build team! Everything is in the works for branding, server hosting, etc. but I'd like to start going through the process of hiring positions.
Now I know plenty of people will be interested, but I'm going to limit my team to age 16 and up, and also limit to those who speak fluent English. I'm sorry if these factors are inconvenient or seemingly inconsiderate, I just need consistency.
I'll be hiring a team manager who needs no building experience (and will go through a separate hiring process), a lead builder (who will lead all major projects), as well as the builders! This team won't be efficient without all these positions being filled by team players!
I started Minecraft in 2012 and have been building since I was around 16. I haven't been involved in too many teams but I have experience with personal commissioned work as well as team-based commissioned work. It's safe to say I expect top-notch quality during the building process from the applicants.
