Charging $30 seems quite unfair/unreasonable, but that's just me.

I setup SSH keys, firewalls and all that kind of stuff up for around $10 as well, however for Ptero installs I suppose I'm really cheap, as it's quite easy to do if you're experienced enough. The mysql setup pricing does make a little sense, along with nginx. I suppose I just charge very little in terms of normal pricing.Ptero Install w/ 1 node is $10, $10 for system hardening (SSH keys, firewall, Fail2Ban configuration, locking the boot directory, etc$5 for advanced MySQL install (Having databases on HDD instead of installed NVMe and load balancing) and $5 for Nginx configuration (4 sites w/ Cloudflare SSL and mail)
I think It is pretty reasonable.
Why you guys even care how much he charged for the service? If they both agreed on a price thats their problem. What matters is that the user f*cks everything up and puts it onto the guy who did the job.

I would like to request some more clear screenshots of the console... from scrolling in, it appears the command you entered when talking to him was not the same. But it is distorted.
I did nothing same issue as plus about I'm not able to access files/server folders happened and you told me you can't help me with it at first...
and then you are the one who told me that root access is required for this which plus didn't even know and he told me about the command and broke the command. At least you knew what was the issue and how to resolve it.

welp, I'm already with lots of stress and don't want to cause others and myself more stress... so sorry to everyone for all the trouble I caused by being not careful and not taking screenshots... Which would have prevented all this.
