Hello.
- RevilsMC Network is Recruiting quality active builders, we will offer the following:
- For every 100x100 Build, you will be rewarded with 1$ - 5$ Depending on how professional the build is.
- To be accepted, you'll need to have some free time of about 1 hour a day, Minimum.
- You will be given the access to a private server using our network host, in which you can test, and work on your builds.
- Minimum Age Required is 14 years old, and you'll need a decent microphone to join the team, as we always depend on voice calls.
- You need to have a minimum building experience of 1 year, as of course, we're requiring professional builders that at least know how to use these plugins: goPaint - goBrush - VoxelSniper - WorldEdit.
- You can't be a builder on any other server, we need you to be as active as possible, or else, action will be taken about the situation.
- You'll have a maximum time of 2 days for building a 100x100 Area, More time, more quality.
*Any people that are interested will be taking a test before joining the team*

*Your First 100x100 Build on our server will decide further action, meaning, if you're accepted into the team, you may receive your reward of money, if you're denied by lack of skills, you'll receive nothing*

You would have a better chance getting cheap/free builders if you at least had a good thread.

Let's put it like this. If you're 12 years old and go walk the neighbor's dog for 20 mins or so, you can usually expect AT LEAST $1 for it, whether in cash or cookies or whatever.
That would therefore be a minimum of $2.50 an hour for something anyone with half a brain can do (unless it's a huge-ass dog that doesn't listen too well, but then all it takes is physical brawn). Now, building a 100x100 thing will take several hours at least if you want it to be any quality, and since we're talking 'quality' builders, it's not unskilled labor we're talking about.
It's usually best to assume a MINIMUM of $5 per hour spent for builders that know what they're doing, and if you want REAL quality you can assume more.

Get this, as you're gonna be accepted in the staff team (If you're good) You'll get 5-10$ dollars for any 100x100 area you build, depending on how good it is, of course, it will increase by how long you've been doing your job for.

And also, the idea of giving 5$ for every hour a builder spends, some builders can take too much time to build, wich will destroy our budget.

Its still not a great amount, but for a 100x100 arena it should be OK. something a bit above this level: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/kardia-cathedral-fairytail-anime/ Should be what you can expect. Perhaps you'll get lucky and get someone who can get better work done in less time.

As for paying per hour, I agree, I just named it to give you an idea of the estimate. It's how I decide my prices, though I currently aim for $20 per hour and I still get too many requests for me to handle. It's rare that I actually make $20 per hour, since there's always lots of little issues popping up, so it's often more like $10 or even less per hour, but its based on the amount of hours I would need at absolute minimum to make the requested map.
