Hello there I'm creating a 1.7.10 > 1.8.9 KitPVP Server, I need a Developer/Second owner.

I am going to be buying all of the Graphics for the server, All of the builds, Paying for the hosting and sorting out advertisements. I need someone who has experience in creating a server and I will need someone who can sort out things like the coding side of things and getting the server up and running and linked to buycraft etc. By the way Im 15 years old and have around a $250 budget

Requirements
- UK (Unless be on UK timezones)
- Atleast 14 Years old
- Very mature
- Have skype and Discord
- Preferable have a budget over $100
