Need Server Logo

I'm currently running a GTA Minecraft server which is desperately in need of a Server logo. This will be used as my server-icon and as the main logo on my website. I'm not looking for anything specific, but it needs to be something that represents the theme of GTA. An example would be this

(But I don't want something copying that exactly). Hoping to spend around $10, price is negotiable.
