3. Asking for a medium sized investment, but unable to use Investments section
4. Weak account statistics
5. Prior postings are 90% asking for a "Partner" or Owner, requiring someone else to cover fees.
6. Obviously hasn't succeeded at this before.

If this isn't a scam, it's a bad investment. Be careful.
