Need Servers done

I am looking for my servers to be done, completely. The information is below. I am looking for a underwater theme, with 5 donor ranks, 4 Staff ranks, 3 crates. I would like all servers to be built on version 1.12.2 since it looks a lot better than 1.8, also need it to be able to allow users to join up to 1.14+ The current price I have right now for all this to be done is listed here since people can see what I was offered but the time is to long for me. I need something sooner and need something that actually works because tired of buying setups on this site and them not working and owner of them not fixing them.

Need a 1.14.4 vanilla server also connected via bungee and port made in lobby, but no work required on that server.

I am asking for time it will take to be done and cost. If it is more than 100$ that is fine but need to know to figure out everything
