Need setups for the following gamemodes

I want a setup for my personal server.

I can setup myself but it takes time. To save myself time, I'd like to buy some quality setup including spawn, builds, plugin configs, etc..

• Factions
• KitPVP
• Prison
• Skyblocks
• Skywars
• Survival Games

Requirements:

• Use stable & reliable open source plugins, so it's easy for me to upgrade and maintain.
• Cheap price
• High performance setup
• I have 8 ranks, so the setup needs to have ranks perks accordingly. Cosmetics and EULA compliance are important.

By the way, the new EULA is ansolutely SHIT. There are ways of bypassing that. I would do this, but unfortunetly I don't obey the EULA.

Thanks for adding me, and minecraftly I can set up all these gamemodes (cheap) but without spawns I am sorry but I do have a builder that might be able to help you out (not free builds)
