Need simple plugin done

I need a pretty simple plugin done, I don't want to pay too much. Plugin doesn't need to be exclusive and you can sell/post as a resource if you like.

Plugin:
I need a plugin that makes players invulnerable for a set time (in seconds) after using a set command. (Config is a must, commands optional, messages not needed/optional)
